The Process
PHASE 1 | CONSULTATION
Your needs are discussed during an in-person Initial Consultation so we have a better understanding of the scope of work. We discuss functionality, space planning, furniture layouts, colors, & concepts.
PHASE 2 | PROPOSAL + BUDGET
Proposal is drafted and terms are discussed. Spending budget is established.
PHASE 3 | CONCEPTUALIZE
it's time for the team to head to the drawing board! Design elements are tackled firstly, followed by brainstorming and product sourcing. We create mood boards and gather inspo to help you visualize the overall design plan. In order to meet important deadlines and milestones, we continuously consult with you, contractors, & tradespeople during the process. Our ideas are beginning to take flight...
PHASE 4 | SHOPPING + SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders are placed, tracked, & scheduled. Other items are sourced locally.
PHASE 5 | INSTALLATION
Our team stages all the rooms we designed. This usually takes between 1-3 days depending on the scale of the project. We are up to our knees in boxes, but your space is going to be totally transformed soon!
